Haris Rauf, known as an asset of the Pakistan International Cricket team visited N7 Real Estate in Dubai. The visit was very delightful for the N7 team. The Pakistani members of the N7 were happy to meet the rising star of their country.
The visit was full of joy, and the discussions about cricket were very knowledgeable. Haris Rauf told us the story of his career, his efforts, and how he managed to come to the top from the ground. The hard work of the Pakistan team was also discussed, and Haris told everyone how much effort the whole team has been putting into their game to be at this stage today.
Furthermore, the team briefed Haris about the working and operations of N7. The team got Haris’ interest in real estate in Dubai. The team also projected some of the luxury projects of N7 in Dubai. Haris was also surprised to see the development progress going on in different sectors of Dubai. Haris also showed interest in getting to know about the available space left in Dubai for construction and development.
The team guided and told Haris about the space and total development projects currently going on in Dubai, and future projects will continue to develop in near future.
The N7 was delighted to host a celebrity who is an actor, Physician, Television Presenter, and YouTuber, visited N7. Her visit created excitement all over the office. Her viewership is not limited to Pakistan, but global viewership is always observed due to her knowledge and immense experience in multiple sectors of life.
Her visit was solely based on understanding the market of Real Estate in Dubai. She showed an interest in real estate acquisition in Dubai and had a lot of doubt regarding it. The N7 team informed her of our work, showed her some of our luxury properties, and explained the amenities and characteristics of living in Dubai.
Furthermore, her concerns about different immigration policies were also briefed by the team managers. The team also discussed her life experiences and other aspects which are an inspiration for women’s empowerment.
Shaista Lodhi is a real example of women empowerment and holds a very firm status in society due to her vast skills-driven knowledge and her efforts for the community as a physician and a YouTuber.
The event ended with a tea break and gossip on the comparison of Pakistan and Dubai, and Shaista showed complete trust in N7’s operations.
Shoaib is a man known for the pace in the history of cricket. But he made more fans with his personality around the globe. The N7 is obliged to host such a star and legend of today. What’s the point of having a possibility if we don’t talk of the living legend himself Shoaib Akhtar? His personality reflects the standards of N7. One of the fastest bowlers is also instantaneous regarding meet & greet.
Every employee of the office was so excited when they heard the news. Upon his arrival, everyone welcomed him with immense gratitude and love. To our surprise, the man showed an even warmer response and made us believe every word we have heard about him as a person.
Shoaib discussed new trends in real estate and new facilities being offered, and it never felt like we were sitting with a celebrity that is too known as a legend to the world. He was rather polite and friendly and took an interest in discussing the future of Dubai and Australia in the real estate sector. Such amazing celebrities are the reasons N7 loves doing business.
His concerns for the clients were so genuine that it took only a moment for the N7 family to be comfortable with the office vibe as everyone was syncing on the same vision which is to provide the best to clients.
